We just wanted to say thank you for making our day so special. Having met with numerous photographers we had given up on finding the right person, until we met Ryan. On the day both Ryan and Jason were unobtrusive, we hardly knew they were there!. The results were that we got the photographs we wanted, natural and really capturing the essence of our day. We were worried we'd get enough photos’ we liked to make an album, however, it was the exact opposite, we struggled to reduce the number for the album. We would definitely recommend Ryan & Jo Photography as not only did we have the perfect day but we have the pictures to remind us of it!

"We would like to thank Ryan and Jo for the wonderful photos of our wedding day.  Choosing a photographer was a big thing for both of us.  For me photos are so important and I wanted to make sure we found a photographer who captured every moment.  For Kieran he absolutely hates having his photo taken so we had to find someone who made us feel comfortable and would take wonderful photos without us really knowing.  I am so pleased to say that we found exactly what we wanted with Ryan and Jo! I knew when we first met them that they were the right choice.  They made us feel so at ease and it helped that they are such lovely people and we got on with them really well.

 

On the day Ryan was a great person to have around.  He made my bridesmaids, mum and I completely at ease whilst we were getting ready and was a practical help as well as an emotional one! He was even the one who helped to loosen my dress after the ceremony when I realised it was too tight!!  Jo and Graham were equally fantastic… not only for the photos they took but even down to having tic tacs when I realised that I shouldn’t have eaten that garlic canapé!

 

Our photos are simply perfect and I wouldn’t want to change a thing.  They have captured every moment of the day and are more than we could have hoped for.  I would have no hesitations what so ever in recommending them as not only do they take wonderful photos but are also such great people to have there on the day."

 From the moment we met Ryan and Jo at a packed wedding fayre in Kent, we knew we had found our perfect photographers. They made us feel special and their natural photography was exactly what we wanted. We were however not looking forward to the whole photography thing as at that time we were not happy about being in front of the camera and had hang ups about the way we looked. They put our minds at ease straight away, showing us wonderful examples of their work and giving us tips on how to improve our smiles, jaw lines, poses etc. They also gave us some helpful advice of things to think about for the rest of our wedding planning.  

At the pre wedding shoot we were really nervous. Ryan met us at the venue and we had such fun. His laid back approach had us giggling, posing and pouting (on my part) with ease, forgetting that there was actually a camera pointing at us. The photos were truly amazing and we couldn’t wait for the big day to arrive so he could get snapping away again!!!! 
From the moment Ryan walked through the door my day brightened up (it was tipping it down with rain). He was re-assuring, funny, unobtrusive but always there if I needed anything. He became not only my photographer but my security blanket. When I got champagne down my dress he was there mopping it up, when I was worried about stuff he knew exactly what to do. He immediately built a rapport with the bridesmaid, make-up artist, videographer and guests. 
The rain did not spoil our photos in anyway and actually Ryan and Graham took full advantage of it by capturing some amazing shots of flowers with rain drops on and moody skies for dramatic background effects. With their friendly manner for organising everyone into the correct poses the indoor group shots were a blast. 
The photos and albums are truly stunning, but for us, the most important thing was how Ryan and Jo made us feel. Not only have we met exceptionally professional, funny and wonderful photographers, but they took us on a journey of self belief which changed our lives forever. We now LOVE our photos being taken. You cannot put a price on how these photos make you feel when you actually see them so booking with Ryan and Jo was worth every single penny and more……….Get booking with them.

"We have just picked up our wedding album from Ryan and Jo and it is absolutely beautiful.  Every page makes us smile and tells the story of our day. We aren't necessarily the best looking bride and groom you will ever see! Being aware of that made us nervous about our photos.  But from the moment we met Ryan and Jo we knew we had found the right photographers.  They make you feel relaxed and reassured. We had a pre-wedding shoot which gave us the chance to meet and chat with Ryan and Jo and relay any questions, and the opportunity to get used to being infront of the camera. I spilt coffee all down my outfit (great start!) and Jo kindly dashed around to help clean me up! 
On our wedding day we had Ryan and Jason as our photographers and they were fantastic.  Ryan carries safety pins and double sided tape in his camera bag and is ready for any eventuality! He was funny, confident, helpful and professional.  Jason was happy in the background snapping away discreetly - all the photos were fabulous.  They both mingled with the guests and took beautiful natural photos, as well as family group shots we had requested.  Everyone commented on how great they were.  Then we dragged them down onto the freezing beach to take some scenic sea shots! Not a complaint from either of them, they took shots until they were happy with the results.
Now we have a luxurious album, and each time we look at it we smile at each other and say 'that was the best day ever', and it's all there captured in the box.
Ryan and Jo are your best choice.  They return calls and emails immediately and are worth every penny. Don't hesitate in contacting them for your special day."

"The first and most important thing to say about Ryan and Jo photography is that they take beautiful photos. That being said, they go far beyond mere photographers.

Prior to the wedding day we had a “Pre-shoot” with Ryan at the venue. This involved going round the venue, finding interesting nooks and crannies for photos on the big day, as well taking some photos that day, to get us used to the camera, find our best sides, and so on. The pre-shoot was a great laugh, and Ryan had so much patience with us while we ran late and had to deal with other people.

On the big day itself, we had 2 photographers, Ryan and Graham. Both guys took stunning photos. But beyond that Ryan in particular helped Carla set up the venue, get her ready and calm her nerves. He even helped put the men's buttonholes on properly later at the venue. Graham on the other hand stayed completely in the background, virtually unnoticed by our guests, and managed to catch some stunning candid shots of everything that went on on our special day – that really added an extra dimension to the photographs. Ryan was able to put every guest at ease for the group shots, due to his instant rapport with everyone he met that day, and this made the resulting photos better than we could have hoped for . He even gave advice to our other guests on how to make their shots even better!  Both guys stayed well until the evening entertainment was under way, providing nearly 12 hours worth of service each!

After the event was all over we visited Ryan and Jo to go through the photos – and they were amazing, capturing everything from my gorgeous bride to the vibrant flowers and the guests reactions to every event during the day. Carla was moved by just how much it transported her back to the day's events! We spent hours narrowing down the 400 or so photos to a manageable number for our album. Jo had seemingly infinite patience with us as we pored over every photo, trying to decide which we wanted in the album. She even cooked us dinner! When we left we felt completely happy with not only the photos, but the service, and felt we'd met some really nice people in the process. What more could you ask for?"

WOW! They are totally amazing. The attention to detail is second to none, even the packaging is wonderful! I never had any doubt that you would provide us with a wedding album of our dreams but really this has exceed our expectations!
I always knew that my wedding photos would be one of the most important things to me, when we met you both at Dorton House, with your laid back and personal approach I knew we had to have you! I always believe in first impressions!
I never seem to take a good photo and neither of us are very confident in front of a camera, but the pre wedding shoot totally relaxed us and the pictures were great.
On the day Jo tried to relax me! By making me have a drink (water!) and also something to eat which I really didn’t want, but so glad that I did!!
